Plastic control cassettes with Ex shunting switches

The proposed control cassettes are made of certified plastic (AlSi aluminum-silicon alloy). They are equipped with a new series of control switches (GHG 29). They are distinguished by above-average durability, thanks to which they can be used even in the most difficult environmental conditions. Of course, these are products that meet all current norms and standards (including those contained in the ATEX Directive (94/9/EC). They can be used in explosion hazard zones 1, 2, 21 or 22.
The offered control cassettes have a durable and damage-resistant casing. It is made of low-temperature material that perfectly withstands extreme temperatures and the effects of chemicals. There are several versions of maneuvering switches to choose from. They have different types of contacts and five different connection positions. You can easily find a variant suitable for a given installation.
The described control boxes are designed for a terminal cross-section of up to 6 mm2. They are compatible with single or multi-core cables. In the case of 500V voltage, the rated current is 16 A.

The outer casing of the described control boxes has been designed in such a way that the operation and maintenance process runs smoothly. You can easily access the contacts and wiring. The comfort and safety of operation are also increased by the possibility of locking the connector. An integrated lock (marked with a red pin) is used for this purpose. Each connector is equipped with a replaceable device label and a neutral position label for the connector.
Closing the control box is an effective protection against accidental use. This is an optional solution, so it all depends on the individual needs of the user.
The proposed control cassettes can be assembled with any number of components. Their selection and configuration depends on the specifications provided by the customer. The cassette can be attached even when the housing cover is closed.
