The quick connectors offered have been designed in accordance with currently applicable standards. They can be used even in explosion hazard zones 1, 2, 21 or 22. Two versions are available - eXLink 7-pole/6-pole + PE. Using the offered products, you can create a complete connection and disconnection system for various electrical systems.
Quick connectors come in several variants. They can be made of plastic, nickel-plated brass or stainless steel. A wide selection of plugs and sockets is also available, making it easier to select the necessary products. They are adapted to low-voltage signals up to 400 V AC/16 A. The position of the pins is coded in accordance with the standards of the IEC 309 system. This reduces the risk of errors when connecting circuits with different voltages. In the case of portable plugs and sockets, remember that the rated voltage must be the same.
Crimp connections (instead of plugs and sockets) can be used for cables with a cross-section of 0.25 mm2 to 0.5 mm2, 0.75 mm2 to 1.5 mm2 and optionally up to 2.5 mm2. Screwless spring clamp technology is also available, but only applies to certain models.
Flange plugs and sockets with M25 x 1.5 or 3/4″ NPT metric threads can be mounted directly in the device housing. In the case of ex housings, we do not need certification (this applies to metal versions).
EX quick connectors and other elements can be assembled and disassembled during operation. There is no need to stop electrical circuits or terminals. A permit to work under voltage is not necessary.
